Where to put downloaded save at in fallout files

I don't see a "save" folder in the FO4 folder so I checked my "documents" where some games put the save files, but it's not there either. Showing 1 - 7 of 7 comments. Also, does this game do cloud saves? Will that allow me to resume my game even if I didn't copy the save files?
