The settings are mostly historically accurate from the Palestinian and Jewish forces seeking to drive England from the Palestinian territories, to the fight between Palestinians and Jews, to the collaboration of Henry Ford, Standard Oi, and other US interests with the German Nazis.

Someone in testing should have complained about this and suggested the programmers optimize the use of each disk.
